Go Green Solutions upgraded the lighting in Del Mar Terrace´s parking structure from fluorescent tubes to state of the art LEDs.

The chart at right shows how the new LEDs will save money over time. The LEDs use 20 fewer watts per tube, resulting in energy savings of $1,837/year.
They don´t need a ballast, saving $280/year. And the lack of mercury means they avoid $61 of hazardous waste disposal fees.

They´re also better for the environment. Del Mar Terrace´s LEDs will prevent eleven tons of carbon emissions per year.
